Click on the Profile link in the top right under the search box. Now click on the "My Account" link also in the top right to bring up the User Preferences page. Select "My Watches" to list all threads that you are notified of replies for. If there is anything listed there, select them by clicking in the check-box, then click on the "X" icon to remove them.

Edit: They don't appear to be listed there anymore. You can cancel them individually. On a thread that you receive notifications on, there is a link on the right hand side to stop receiving notifications for that thread.

I of course went to my profile and did what was mentioned. I STILL GET THEM.I GET STUFF THAT I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR. As far as stopping stuff that is listed........there is nothing listed and i still get stuff lots and lots and lots of stuff.
