You're only hope is that the data you want is either in your browser's cache or that you have downloaded it to somewhere in your computer.

First of all, try checking your download manager to see if it's still there (Tools > Downloads). If it's not, try your cache. Simply access about:cache in your address bar and search for it in the Disk Cache. Hopefully it will be there.
