I am having difficulty logging onto any site. I think I recently followed advice to increase security & it has now made my computer useless.

I am unable to log into my energy provider, when I log into my bank I can't use some features like seeing all my transactions, I can't log into Twitter, I can't play anything from Substack.

Your previous threads mentioned Sophos security platform — that's usually the kind of endpoint protection that causes loading errors and can also appear as malicious traffic for some big site operators if it changes the connection characteristics — would you be able to either disable it for a while to see if anything improves, or check if it has some "safe web" or "https scanning" features you'd be able to turn off?
