Cannot log into Facebook. Facebook support shows my password, but when I type it in to login I get an error message that the password isn't correct.

You mean it shows the actual password in text ??? Firefox stores passwords > 'menu > Passwords. It's a useful idea to add a Master password so that anyone who has access to your computer, physically or remotely can't see your passwords. See attached image
