Hi Vicky, when you are composing a new message, usually there is a way to add an attachment there. If you are working with your email in Firefox, after you tell the site to browse for the file, you can use the file browsing window to point the site to where you saved the download. If you use a separate mail program, then Windows might be able to start the message for you if you: (A) Go to the folder where the download was saved. On the downloads list in Firefox, look for a file folder icon to the left of the download file name and click that button to launch a Windows File Explorer window with your download selected. (B) Right-click the downloaded file and click the Share button. Windows should pop up a panel with the methods it know about to share the file. Does either of those work for you?
