Thunderbird Cannot Handle Exchange/Outlook365 Email Directly, and Owl is Not Sending Emails Out, but some emails are making it in. Yes - Go Daddy really threw a wrench into the works with taking its email over to MS Outlook 365.

I found a thread that said to use Owl. I signed up and paid, but it's still not working as it was before.

Any advice for outgoing server using the owl service?

Have you approached the OWL folk for support? I have found them to be particularly active. There is an email link on the download page. https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/owl-for-exchange
