Video links appear in my menubar?
Every once in awhile, a link will appear in my computer's menubar for a video I watched in Youtube. The link allows me to start the video where apparently left off when watching it, but not delete it. Why does this happen and how do I stop it?

Screenshot of the issue as it happens? Also link so others can see if they get the same when viewing if Windows does it differently then on a Mac.
