For few days (after 78.12 win10 Thunderbird update on 15.07.2021) in our company many people are having problems to get email, send email, connect to server. We are getting emails after few hours delay, we are having problems to send new email (it is sent but does not save in "sent" folder). Always having "connection time with server exceeded". We have change nothing in our company. Servers, antivirus scans are the same. Everything started after auto update to 78.12

Please help, we cant work with crashing emails.

What's the antivirus and its mail settings? When TB updates, it can become incompatible with the existing antivirus app, unless that app is set to exclude the TB profile folder and scanning of secure connections is disabled. If you are in fact experiencing crashes, post your Crash IDs from Help/Troubleshooting.
