Recent "update" has my VPN stuck on "waiting for sign in and subscription conformation".

Recently did an update and now every time I open the VPN it just gets stuck on "waiting for sign in and subscription confirmation." I had signed in the very first time I tried and it never confirmed it, now every time i open it, it gets stuck on that same screen.

So how do I get out of the vindaloop?

We're sorry to hear you are having issues with the VPN. I suggest you try the following: - Please set Firefox as your default browser - Clear the browser's cookies and cache - Uninstall and re-download Mozilla VPN again from vpn.mozilla.org - You can also check if you have any pop-up blocker enabled that would be causing this
