Installed new Quantum....slow slow slow. Unistalled and did fresh install....same thing.

Running Windows 10 64 bit. Running Malware Bytes and Glary Utilities. Anti-Virus is Bullgaurd.

Quantum has to be the slowest browser since Netscape.
