I received a popup that suggested I do a "refresh" - I did and now won't do Double-sided (Duplex) printing?

As stated above, I received a Firefox popup that suggested I do a "refresh", which I did and now I can no longer do Duplex printing. I have the latest version of Firefox (50) and Mac OS10. I have tried the about:config and did the print_printer "reset", still doesn't work! I have checked all of my "Print" settings everywhere I can change them, and still nothing works. I have seen some comments regarding changing my printer functions from within Firefox - can't find anything like that within Firefox "Preferences"??? This is infuriating! Does anyone have a specific fix for this?
