recaptchca not showing in firefox on win10 but show in win7

Like the title says its not showing in my friends laptop which use win10 but it works fine in my pc which use win7. I've tried everything from clearing cookies,cache,history,etc, using safe mode, reinstall using both 32 and 64bit version, and using older version. The reCaptcha works fine in other browser. Can anyone give me a solution? Oh and i cant see any shield icon in the address bar like the other answer suggest and the site is already in https form.
