Why doesn’t Firefox open in Mac OS X’s fullscreen mode when it was closed in fullscreenmode (as it is supposed to as Mac OS App)?

When you run Firefox on Mac OS X, you can put it to fullscreen by clicking the green button in the top left corner. If you close a Mac App in that state, next time you start it, it goes directly fullscreen. Firefox seems not to act like that.
