I am trying to update Adobe and in needs Firefox turned off!! I don't know how to turn it off or back on. I tried to locate it and I can't even find in on the computer. Although Mozilla tells me its up to date!! need less to say I am lacking in this kind of computer skills!! SORRY!!

Alt or F10 > File -> Exit

or

use the 3-bar button on the toolbar > lower-right corner of the Menu Panel - the button that looks like a "switch" and says Exit Firefox when the cursor is over that button
