Hi,

I face an issue in Firefox. Find below the details:

  • Issue

Firefox is not clearing website cookies when it get closed.

  • Firefox version

Firefox 38.0.1 on Windows 8.1 (up-to-date)

  • Privacy settings

Some pictures will be clearer than a detailed text. Please see uploaded images of my Privacy tab and the screen after clicking Settings button.

  • What I try to solve the issue without success
  1. Restarting Firefox
  2. Restarting my computer
  3. Clear my cookies and cache
  4. Restart Firefox in Safe Mode
  5. Disable all my plugins / add-Ons
  6. Reinstalled Firefox 38.0.1
  7. Refresh Firefox
  8. Create a new profile following this guide: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles
  9. Removing cookies.sqlite file and all the other cookies.sqlite* files
  10. Try Firefox 38.0.5 (Beta)
