The third one looks like it's crashing in the mozcrt19.dll file although that file is in the 3.6.x versions of Firefox and is no longer there in version 4.0+. Also note that in current Firefox versions a lot of files are packed in a few other large files and individual files are no longer present.

Try a clean re-install before configuring the baselinejit options. Do a clean reinstall and delete the Firefox program before (re)installing a fresh copy of the current Firefox release.

Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

If possible uninstall your current Firefox version to cleanup the Windows registry and settings in security software.

  • Do NOT remove "personal data" when you uninstall your current Firefox version, because this will remove all profile folders and you lose personal data like bookmarks and passwords including data in profiles created by other Firefox versions.

Remove the Firefox program before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.

  • (32 bit Windows) "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\"
  • (64 bit Windows) "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\"

Your bookmarks and other personal data are stored in the Firefox profile folder and won't be affected by an uninstall and (re)install, but make sure that "remove personal data" is NOT selected when you uninstall Firefox.

2 crash reports look like it's a crash in the JIT compiler. [@ EnterBaseline] Try setting javascript.options.baselinejit to false in about:config:

  • Navigate to about:config in your Address Bar
  • Press the "I'll be careful, I promise!" button to proceed
  • Search for javascript.options.baselinejit and set it to false by right clicking the pref and selecting Toggle.
  • Restart Firefox and see if it works properly.

As a test, you could restart in Firefox Safe Mode which (among other things) temporarily disables the JavaScript JIT compiler (ref).
