Firefox crashes

first , sorry for my bad English :( , i'll try my best to make u understand
this is my problem : A horrible crash in firefox , and only in frefox
i love firefox so much , but because of this crash , i have tried another explorer like " chro .. or inernet exp ... " and no crashes happened :(

i have tired to open " about:crashes " but always find this message
" Submitted Crash Reports No crash reports have been submitted. "
and i have an updated version of firefox

the crash doesn't happen when i try to open the firefox , tried to uninstall and re install also i have changed the whole windows " operating system " but still crashes crashes hundreds times
any one can help me >?

Since you have got AppCrash error that means a problem has occurred in your system.Usually when software's files and documents get faulty the software stops working and fails. Try doing the following and I hope it helps: i) Scan your computer. ii) Remove any new applications you have downloaded. iii) See if you can start firefox in Safe Mode.

I've scanned my lab , with no theaters
also this is a new window , so no new app :)
just what about start firefox in save mood >?!
my crash problem doesn't happening in the starting firfox :(
it happened in rundum times , not in a selected time
may be it crashes 3 or 4 times just in one hour , some times dosen't crashes all the day
but it still so annoying :(

Note that your System Details List shows a very old Flash 10.3 version

Please update the Flash plugin to the latest version.

Did you try to start Firefox in Safe Mode?
You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox (you need to close and restart Firefox).
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
