cannot making USSD call to access operator's USSD Services from dialer app using ZTE Open

1. Title : ZTE Open can not making USSD call using dialer app 2. Precondition : During a call 3. Tester's Action : Try USSD service with Telkomsel prepaid SIM card, dial *888# *999# and other USSD services 4. Detailed Symptom : dialer status only show 'connecting' and then closed back to dialpad screen 5. Expected : Displaying operator's USSD Menu

Already tried this also: 0. No SIM card. 1. Open the dialer app. 2. Dial *#06#

it showed "To make a call, the phone must be connected to a network" instead of displaying IMEI

it is not during a call actually. without doing nothing previously, open the dial app and dial to *888#
