After I remove it from the program menu and reset Firefox ,it seems to reappear a day or or so later.Lots of ads not from Firefox and ads thru my speakers.Very annoying plus it uses too much memory and other resources. Thanks for any help on how to stop this thing.

One other note. If you recall when this problem started, you can see how it could have arrived or possibly find the program that keeps reinstalling it. Go into the Windows Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, and sort the list by the install date. Often you will find a cluster of bundled programs you didn't intend to install with something you actually wanted. I'd remove as much of that as possible.

hello, please run a full scan of your system with different security tools like the free version of malwarebytes, adwcleaner, microsoft safety scanner & kaspersky security scan.

I have Norton and Comcast antivirus but they can't seem to stop it.I can get rid of it but it keeps coming back.Should I not be running them both at the same time?

yes, all the security tools i've recommended are one-time scanners that can be run next to your already installed anti-virus program - especially try malwarebytes & adwcleaner since they have a focus on adware which might not be covered by norton...

I don't have ScoriponSaver on my computer right now as I just got rid of it again.Should I wait and see if it comes back before I run malewarebyte's or run it now? Thanks for your help philipp.

no, you can run them right away - if ScoriponSaver comes back uninvited then it must still be nesting somewhere on your system. hopefully one of these programs can root it out...
