I added some files to my bookmarks earlier. Now quite a few other important files are not showing up when I click on "Show all Bookmarks". Please help me to find them. Thanks, Dick

Problems with bookmarks and history not working properly can be caused by a corrupted places.sqlite database file.

You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database file in the Firefox Profile Folder.
