The new tab feature has an option to show small thumbnail representations of some of the visited pages

  • at present the thumbnails are stored in the browser cache, if you clear the browser cache the tumbnails will not be available until you visit the relevant pages again.
  • this feature may be disabled, ether temporarily or more permanently. Click the grid shaped icon top right on the new tab page to toggle the thumbnails on or off.
  • cutomisation is possible
