I Upgraded to FF 4.0 RC2. Selected language Eng US. The problem occurs customizing FF using: Features, Mobile, Add-Ons., Support and About. These are in the Blue Bar which appears when opening" Customize Fire Fox". Pages open in Russian and or HTML I am not a Russian speaker and therefore never selected this language/
