A question about message reply quotes.

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to turn on the feature that when I reply to a message, the message is quoted in the reply. I hope that makes sense. This feature was working before but somehow I managed to turn it off and I cannot find a way to turn it back on.

It's in the Composition & Addressing section of Tools/Account Settings, for each account ('Automatically quote...').
