Chosen solution

Filters are defined for each account, but if you set them up for one account, they can be copied to other accounts by copying the msgFilterRules.dat file from one account to another, while TB is closed.

Help/Troubleshooting, Profile Folder, Show in Finder, open the Mail (POP accounts) or ImapMail (IMAP accounts) folders, and in the account subfolders, e.g. imap.gmail.com, find the msgFilterRules.dat files.
