Where is the css file? I want to change the background color for tasks

Hello. I really, *really* need a way to better visually distinguish different tasks. I think I might be able to do this with the CSS file, but the only website that tells me where the css file is tells me its in a foulder that does not exsist (I am running hunderbird 68.11.0 (64-bit) and lightning v 68.9. on tails/debian)I

I cant find any good documentation on how to modify the appearence of thunderbird.

A folder named chrome must be created manually as a subfolder of the profile folder (Help/Troubleshooting, about:profiles, to locate the profile), and contain the userChrome.css file.

Search the web with a query like thunderbird userchrome calendar tasks to find references.
