Sorry, it's awful.
This is not a question, but having been told you are "listening to feedback", I've been unable to find how to GIVE feedback except by "asking a question" here.
I have encouraged so many people to switch to Firefox in the past, but it seems I have wasted my breath.
This new version is truly awful. I am aware that I am going to have to put in the time and effort to get used to it (just at a time in my life when I could do without that!) so I'm battling on with nothing being where I want it to be and not being able to do what I want to do. But why on earth have you released something that's so limited, and so slow? It doesn't even have a 'forward' arrow? Or not that I've found, anyway.
Very sad, and annoying as hell.

Hi,
The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.
If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.
Hi, thanks for your reply, and yes, I'm aware that the people here are volunteers and users - I'm an old hand at various user forum help desks myself and am used to people venting about matters not in our control!
Thanks for the hints on getting feedback to the right people, but I have to say... On the mobile app there doesn't seem to be a "help menu" any more (if there ever was one)? I've looked at the 'three dots' menu and all its subsections and can't see it. Did you mean on desktop only or am I missing a trick? If that's the case it just emphasises my gripe... We have been given what seems to be a very raw beta product for mobile and are told that they are listening to feedback about it, but then they don't tell people how to give that feedback!
I do want to give constructive feedback, but they have to make it a bit easier.

Hi
The link that I mention should still work for you.
Thanks, I'll bookmark it (if those still work!)
