After the latest update, it's no longer possible to press and hold the back-button to see a list of all pages you've been to in the current tab. Will this function come back soon?

To me, it feels like the new update (downdate?) has taken away everything I found useful with firefox, (gridded tabs; so you could see a preview of the tabs, the possibility to organize/rearrange tabs, press-and-hold "back" to see where you've been - all gone).

Hi Camilla

If you open the Firefox menu, you should see the History option that will list pages you have recently been to.

I hope this helps.

That doesn't really help when I have 100+ tabs open on 20 different subjects, and want to re-read a specific page that I know I read 7-10 clicks ago on one specific tab. I don't want to click back, wait for the page to load, check if it's the right one, click back, wait for it to load, check, click back, reload, check, click back, reload etc. When before you could press, hold, choose.

I don't usually go into "History" on Firefox on PC either. I right-click the back-button to find a specific page on a specific tab. Sad to see so many helpful functions disappear overnight.

Hi

I am using the Nightly build of the new Firefox for Android, an advance copy of what will be available in an update for you soon.

I have just long pressed on the back Android icon and a history of previously visited pages has appeared on the screen (minimise the keyboard first!).

That only works if you use android buttons. I use gestures (swipe up on the right side of the screen to go back). And I do not want the android buttons anymore so I hope that Firefox will give us the back button under the 3 dots again.

As Camilla said, this is a total pain now. I used to be able to press and hold the back arrow key on my android screen to see the previous pages. Now, I have to scroll back one web page at a time. Please resolve this.
