Working on Opera but not on Firefox or Chrome

Hi Had an issue opening some websites since yesterday and have just discovered that they are working without issue on Opera but still not opening on Firefox or Chrome. Anyone got any suggestions please?

hello psyam,

follow the steps:

Clear all cookies, site data and cache

  • Click the ≡ menu button top right and select Options.
  • Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.
  • Click the Clear Data… button. The Clear Data dialog will appear. ...
  • Click Clear.

Goto Safe mode:'

  • Click the ≡ menu button top right.
  • Click new private windows.

then us can use easily ...............
