Why do most pages I almost have visited, now cannot be opened ?
These pages are always of my source ( grammar pages ) and this is my issue I kept their address on the bookmarks so that I can visit any time when I need and not to search again. Now I get surprised the page which I just before 3 days I opened, now it cannot be opened and said contain risks and not only this page. Wherever I go I meet with the same problem. Perhaps it is due to my ( eset internet security) since I recently have installed a new version, but as I know, this is not the method of eset blocking to a site. It is either give a red sign or a message alarming the user, so none of these to say it is due to eset. I am too much unhappy for this behavior if it is due to Firefox because I cannot open the most pages. Say the page is for downloading programs or cracks , to say " Yes contain risks" The pages I always open are not of these, so why I cannot open ? Does it not look strange ?

Can you post the base64 encode certificate data ?
You can check whether more detail is available about the issuer of the certificate.
- click the "Advanced" button show more details
- click the blue error text (SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER) to show the certificate chain
- click "Copy text to clipboard" and paste the base64 certificate chain text in a reply
If clicking the blue error text doesn't provide the certificate chain then try these steps to inspect the certificate.
- open the Servers tab in the Certificate Manager
- Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
Certificates: View Certificates -> Servers: "Add Exception" - paste the URL of the website (https://xxx.xxx) in it's Location field
Let Firefox retrieve the certificate -> "Get Certificate"
- click the "View" button and inspect the certificate
You can find detail like the issuer of the certificate and intermediate certificates in the Details tab.

And here is the link of the page I mentioned
https://www.english-4u.de/en/grammar-exercises/modal-verbs2.htm
I had no problem with the link.
Have you contacted support for that website? The problem might be on their end.
The screenshot in your first post, press the Advanced button and post what it says.

Here I pressed the advanced and got this message : Someone could be trying to impersonate the site and you should not continue.
Websites prove their identity via certificates. Firefox does not trust www.english-4u.de because its certificate issuer is unknown, the certificate is self-signed, or the server is not sending the correct intermediate certificates.
Error code: SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER
View Certificate Said accept the risk and continue .... I don't know what the risk is and not only this page .... Said above Firefox does not trust the page The page I opened many times and got questions to my students

That is for your protection.
There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.
