I got this ad "from" FireFox
Was searching for pumpkin pie recipe and page redirected to a Believable FF icon page for a online Mozilla FF survey to let me know I won a iphone 9 for $2.00 but then the page displays iPhone 10 for $3.00 and further down the page in smaller print..."you'll be billed $70/mo...
Please update/check attached URL...Pop-Ups are disabled on my FF browser so,am not sure how this happened.

Yes this was indeed not from the company Mozilla or the Firefox browser. The only gifts I have seen from Mozilla were things like T-shirts and such given to say extension authors or such and never for say something like expensive phones.
It is possible you got it from a malvertising Ad on some site you went to.
People have been posting variations of this scam every so often for perhaps a couple years now. The common theme whether there is a survey or not is that you supposedly won a insert expensive phone (iPhone, Samsung or even a $1000 gift card) for only $1 to $3 shipping cost. The fake cheap shipping cost is to get your credit card details along with name, phone#, and address etc from anybody who fall for this scam.
