Why has the options button disappeared when email opened?

Chosen solution

Do you mean the Options for displaying remote content? That only appears if View/Message Body As is Original HTML, not any other setting.

Thank you. Not as sharp as I used to be. Teaches me not to tinker with settings that are working to try to protect privacy further! (I had changed it to plain text setting and should have been scientific about checking the results.) Best regards, R.C.
