thanks for the reply! well TB 60.9.0 32 bit is what is working on one computer, the other computer auto updated and it's 68.1.2 64 bit. 1) Why use 64 bit vs 32 bit? 2) how to not have fireFox or Thunderbird auto update? 3) how to setup auto update to install only 32 or 64 bit?

The recommended TB 60 is the 32-bit version:

1) No significant performance advantage of 64-bit at the moment. 2) Tools/Options/Advanced/Update 'Check... let me choose...'. Firefox: Options/General/Firefox Updates. 3) Autoupdate will preserve the bit depth currently installed. This may change in the future.
