I have added the data for anniversary via address book edit other data

The data doesn't show when the contact is selected nor on the calendar

More functions for address book is not updated for Thunderbird 68, which has just been released, so I doubt this is worth pursuing at all.

If you are staying with TB 60, there is an add-on that creates calendar events from birthdays:

https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/thunderbirthday/

CardBook includes the birthday entry for contacts, and you can manually create events from contacts.
