I'd like to make it so end users don't have to manually import the favorites folder the first time they launch the browser. Is there a way I can do that?

Thanks, but that's not what I'm after. I'd like a way to import their own unique favorites from their favorites folders (used by IE) automatically or programmatically. Chrome does it.
