I am looking for a user agent switcher that will work with Firefox 52.9.0 ESR. I have managed to find one but it was for much older versions of Firefox.

Is there a reason you are still using Firefox 52? The current version of Firefox is 66.0.3. 52 is VERY out of date and should not be used. Please update ASAP

@Tyler Downer

I was in the habit of manually updating to a new version each time it came out until the update arrived for version 52.9.0 ESR. I do not recall now what that next version was but it broke some of my favorite extensions and there were no replacements available for them that I could find. At that point the decision was very easy – restore the OS drive from a recent image and turn Firefox updates off completely. Another poster did give me some great links so I think I am all set now. If not, I will live with the extensions I currently have . In this case a Firefox update proved the old adage that “the cure is worse than the disease.” :)

Wow! All I can say is thank you I thought the legacycollector site offered a lot until I installed the ca-archive extension and realized that it was more than a reference catalog. It actually had links to the .xpi files it referenced. I have a feeling if I cannot find what I am looking for on those two sites, it probably doesn’t exist. Thanks again
