What's your computer system and Firefox version?

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is the exact error messages?

Reboot the computer. Anything?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Hi fred,thanks for the reply. intel i7-2670QM 2.20GHZx4 Im using the latest version ive refreshed,,,uninstalled/reinstalled im using linux mint,i upgraded my firejail to latest version and firefox now wont work? even without using f.jail wont work. weird thing is with new install ,my bookmarks are still there. cant do serches,theres no bottom bit of firefox where serch box is. wont go into prefrenceses.bottom part is blank

safe mode doesnt help

ive fiqured it out....it has somthing to do with firejail.... ive just purged and ff is working again sorry to waste your time my friend,,,,

Firefox comes in two or more folders on all computers. They are;

Maintenance: (Programs Folder) <Windows Only> Firefox itself: (Programs Folder) And two folders in the profile of each user on the computer for each Firefox profile for that user.

If you remove the Firefox folder, the user profiles would not be affected.
