In the bottom right corner of every folder and email of my gmail account is a red 100%. It looks ominous but I am not getting any error messages. See screenshots attached.

1. The red 100% that appears on the bottom right of my screen; 2. What I get if I click on that red 100% figure; 3. My folder structure for this gmail account.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks for your help.

Chosen solution

Your 15 gb free from Google is exhausted. Either clean house or pay Google for more data. https://one.google.com/storage?i=m For a couple of dollars a month they will increase the limit to 100Gb

Fundamentally Google will stop accepting emails sent to the email address if there is insufficient space to receive the email, so this is a serious issue to be addressed NOW.
