why is a website insecure

Dear Support,

I have a problem with Firefox, version 64. (On version 60, the site works.) I have a broadband account with John Lewis. When I log into the main website, and try to look at my bills I am given a message. This message reads "This website is insecure....",, and a lot more besides. Could you please tell me how I should try to get back access to this part of the website? Other parts of the website work fine. Do I need to contact John Lewis? I have attached a screenshot of what I try to do on the website.
