Why is it that my firefox does not have PDF plugin?
Each time I am trying to open pdf in a preview format before downloading it, it is always impossible. But with Opera Browser, it is possible, why?.
Chosen solution
Firefox comes with a builtin PDF Viewer.
Firefox 52 and later releases only support the Shockwave Flash plugin and disable all other plugins.

Did you use addons such as FoxIt to read pdf files. But I have Acrobat Pro x11 installed so I don't have to worry about reading and editing pdf files.
