I lost all my mails in my receipt box without changing anything
Hi! Since a bit more than 24h, on my laptop using Thuderbird, I cannot see any new received mail that I can see on my phone or using my provider direct access on my laptop. Worst, trying to solve it by filter cancelling, I lost all my inbox mails since more than one year, when they're still on any of my other devices. What happen!

But, I can send mails from Thuderbird or other device & can see them in mails sent box on my laptop in Thuderbird... Same for trash box... Only received mails cannot be seen.
I checked most of received information, cancel & renew password without success... I stil not can receive my mails with Thuderbird. This happened without any change & was working perfectly just before...

At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button 
, then select Help > Troubleshooting Information.
Press the "Copy text to clipboard button" and paste the information into your reply.
Also, what is the account type on the phone, POP or IMAP?

That implies you do receive mail on your phone with whatever email client. Therefore once again, what is the account type on the phone?
On my phone it's same parameter as in TB, means IMAP. I can also see my incoming mails via laposte.net webiste.
It seems that I solved my trouble by deactivating modules... I can see my incoming mails now & have all my files up to date.

In fact I disabled all, but have only Shockwave flash installed.
