OneDrive blocked
For over a week I have been trying to access OneDrive, but every time I get the Secure Connection Failed message. The SSL checker on the firefox help page says the certificate is ok. It only seems to be this web page I am having a problem with, but am at a loss to know why. It is also blocked on my tablet which uses Chrome. Any suggestions?

Hello Rich51
Can you please tell us what is the exact error message you received? a couple of days ago, my sister received a message telling her that her OneDrive account will be removed/Deleted because she didn't used it in two years! I don't know if it is the same issue for you, but it seems that Microsoft is doing some maintenance and follow up.
Hi Rich51, if your computer and tablet only have one thing in common -- your router or wireless hotspot used to connect to the internet -- you could consider "power cycling" that device (i.e., unplug it, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in) to reset anything that might have gone wrong in there.
Ruba: Thanks for the reply but I can't access the webpage, so it's not an issue with my account. jscher2000:Thanks. I have tried rebooting router & pc by turning off the power, unfortunately without success. I have also now tried Edge browser, in addition to the Firefox I normally use & chrome on my tablet. However, I can find no reported issues with OneDrive at the moment so am assuming the problem is with me. I'll try leaving everything powered down for an extended period & trying again. The error message does not give me the option of ignoring it, so not sure how to do that.

This is the troubling message and you might want to contact Microsoft Office support on that.
