Prior to upgrading my browser to version 62.0.3 I had no issues with McAfee True Key. I could logon to True Key and go to app settings and click on enable browser. All my browsers would show and all I had to do was click on the browser I wanted to use and when I opened the browser it was there. Now everything is the same except when I click on Firefox nothing happens. If I click on Bing or Chrome it's enabled. What do I do?

Have resolved the issue. Downloaded a version using FireFox. It installed automatically. All is good. Thanks for your help.

Did you check to see if McAfee update to working with the latest version of FF?

I can't find a way to see if I have the latest version. My version is 5.0.150.1 and is the free version limited to 15 logons. I have used it for over two years. I guess it may update automatically. It works well with Bing and Chrome.

Problem is this isn't a FF help request. You need to contact McAfee for support for their software issue.

This question is valid here as it applies to Firefox or Fx for short.

No need to just send people off elsewhere as if that is their only option.
