Hi All, After bringing up Firefox I click on the menu button in the right hand corner. After it drops down I click on the button for full screen and it doesn't go into full screen. I still see the tabs at the top. I have tried a couple things that helped in the past but it didn't help this time. If someone could give me a few options as to why it is ding this I would be really grateful. Once I have that information I can figure out what I should do.

Thank You very much and have a good day.

Chosen solution

It is possible to have the toolbars visible in Full Screen mode.

Do you see all the toolbars because in Full Screen mode you only have the Tab bar and the Navigation Toolbar?

You can right-click empty space on a toolbar and click "Hide Toolbars" if you have this choice.

Hi, possibly because of file corruption in Firefox or your system and time and updates.

Hi, please try a Refresh but Note that this does more than uninstalling and re-installing does. Normal uninstalling does not remove some preferences which may have become corrupt. Please Refresh but do this 1st:
