Unable to receive messages from one sender; however, they can receive mine.

I've checked my junk mail filter, she's not there anywhere.

I sent her two test text messages. She received them and tried to reply, to no avail.

We're part of the same listserve, and I can receive the messages she sends through them as the group. I don't know if that's germane to the situation, but another consideration.

my guess is your mail provider is the problem, but that is usually restricted to ISP mail providers. the big free ones like gmail, yahoo and hotmail usually do not have the same deliverability issues, unless the from address in in a blacklisted domain.

Forwarded it to my ISP. We'll see what happens.
