Unusual crashes

I haven't had a firefox crash in a long time, and this one seemed particularly odd because it started out with individual tabs crashing, then the browser, then the same happening again as the browser restored itself. I had since updated Firefox to the version that came out the same day and rebooted and it hasn't yet happened again, but I would like some help diagnosing if this is a deeper issue or just a fluke, as another application (the OSRS game client) seemed to close itself, albeit with no message, alongside Firefox while everything else was stable.

Event viewer showed four application errors listing: 

ntdll.exe
nvapi.dll
nvtmmon.exe

As well as ntdll.exe alongside firefox.exe

I am not sure what this means, if those came from outside or inside firefox's operation.

Here are my crash reports related to the incident:

I read one comment from a developer that these crashes are possibly from bad memory. Can you test the RAM in your machine? Memtest 86+ is one tool I often used back in the day

I was able to get memtest86 going (I had bad luck with it in the past) and my ram stick in slot 2 was getting errors out the wazoo. I have to replace both anyway, so I didn't do the full passes on the other stick, but it's definitely nowhere near as damaged as the ram formerly in that slot. I guess I'll replace both sticks soon and run off one stick for now.

It just felt too uncanny for two applications to crash oddly side-by-side like that with application errors in the event viewer never previously recorded on my system. I suppose the bad ram is what did it.

Here's hoping it's that easy. I'll make an update about if I encounter more issues or not as time goes on, but for now, I'll focus on getting replacement RAM.
