How can I delete my password setting from a web site log in?
One of my web site logins has my password entered though hidden. I would like to delete it. How is this done?

Hi Gkwalker, do you think Firefox saved that login?
You can check here:
- Windows: "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options
- Mac: "3-bar" menu button (or Firefox menu) > Preferences
- Linux: "3-bar" menu button (or Edit menu) > Preferences
- Any system: type or paste about:preferences into the address bar and press Enter/Return to load it
In the left column, click "Privacy & Security".
Then on the right side, click the "Saved Logins" button. If you find the site and username there, you can delete it.
Was that where Firefox was finding it?

You can use these steps to remove saved items from an autocomplete drop-down list.
- click the (empty) input field on the web page to open the drop-down list
- highlight an entry in the drop-down list with cursor Down key
do not click the mouse or press the Enter key - press the Delete key (on Mac: Shift+Delete) to delete the highlighted entry
Note that hovering with the mouse no longer works.
Problem solved thank you. George walker
