I see nothing in my add-ons etc. that I can change. What to do to keep websites from thinking that I'm using an ad blocker?

Chosen solution

If you're using Tracking Protection - that will have the same effect as using an ad blocker. If you are indeed using Tracking Protection - turn it off on those sites.
