The Wikibuy addon is not working in Firefox Nightly, how can I fix it?

I use both Nightly and regular Firefox. The Wikibuy addon works fine in regular Firefox but gets locked up in Nighthly. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the add on and I have confirmed that Nightly is up to date (63.0a1 (2018-07-01) (64-bit)).

When I am on a web page the pop up will show in the upper right corner but it will not allow me to click on the link or to use the X to close the pop up. It's an issue because then I cannot access anything in the upper corner of the webpage.

I clicked the debug button in addons but I admit that I'm lost when it comes to this. Here is part of what it said.

Chosen solution

Hi, Your extension is not working as Firefox has changed some code that the Extension uses. The Developer of the Extension is not obligated to fix there Extensions for nightly releases as it may be fixed in the next release.

Mozilla reviews submitted Extensions by their Developers for use with Firefox. We try to help support these when Support can figure out how it is relating to a issue with Firefox but ultimately the Extension does have a Support page, and Contact Information.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
