I just installed Firefox, but my downloads from Big Fish Games won't run.

The downloads are there, but nothing happens when I click to run them. I'm running Windows 8.1 with Norton firewall.

If the file is downloaded successfully, try opening the file directly from the Windows file browser and see if it opens from there.

The Problems Downloading or Installation Failed support article on the Big Fish Games website may be helpful to you as well.

If you are trying to play the game directly in Firefox, you may need to download and install the Adobe Flash Player.
