How can I get past static.jade.synacoc.com?

When I log on to the ATT home page, pages do not load because it is waiting for "static.jade.synacoc.com". I will not turn off any Mozilla function. Is there a simple fix, or do I look for another home page.

Chosen solution

What link are you using to get to ATT?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

One issue that seems more common lately is Firefox's Tracking Protection feature. When it is blocking content in a page, a shield icon will appear at the left end of the address bar next to the padlock icon. This article has more info on managing this feature: Tracking Protection {web link}

Works. I do not like to operate in the safe mode, because as I under it, so I my protections will be turned off. If the ATT home page continues to be troublesome, then I will not visit it. Thank you.
